Applications are due by August 15, 2020. Checks should be made payable to National Coho Salmon Festival. PLEASE NOTE : THE NATIONAL COHO SALMON FESTIVAL IS A FAMILY FRIENDLY EVENT. ALL SALES/DISPLAYS ARE SUBJECT TO NCSF APPROVAL. SALES/DISPLAY OF ADULT PORNOGRAPHIC OR OTHER INAPPROPRIATE GOODS IS PROHIBITED.

FEES:

  • 10' x 10' booth space - $15.00 / day
  • 10' x 10' booth space - $30.00 / 3 days
  • 10' x 20' booth space - $25.00 / day
  • 10' x 20' booth space - $50.00 / 3 days
  • 10' x 40' booth space - $40.00 / day
  • 10' x 40' booth space - $80.00 / 3 days
  • Food Vendors - $50.00 / day
  • Food Vendors - $100.00 / 3 days

All booth spaces will be assigned by the National Coho Salmon Festival committee.

Festival vendor operational hours:

  • Friday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Sunday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

    • PLEASE TRY TO AVOID SATURDAY SET-UPS.

    Please read and sign the following:

    As a participant in the 2020 National Coho Salmon Festival, I/we agree to bear the risks and expenses for any damage, loss or theft of product or other personal property, or injury to my persons, regardless of cause, and to abide by the specifications descried. I/we agree to be in attendance at my display booth.

    I/we the undersigned agrees for his/her executors, administrators, and their assigns, to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Village of Honor, the National Coho Salmon Festival, Homestead Township, and their assigns, agents and employees of, from all damages, loss, or injury which may be sustained by the undersigned in consequence of being allowed to participate in the 2020 National Coho Salmon Festival.
