As a participant in the 2020 National Coho Salmon Festival, I/we agree to bear the risks and expenses for any damage, loss or theft of product or other personal property, or injury to my persons, regardless of cause, and to abide by the specifications descried. I/we agree to be in attendance at my display booth.

I/we the undersigned agrees for his/her executors, administrators, and their assigns, to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Village of Honor, the National Coho Salmon Festival, Homestead Township, and their assigns, agents and employees of, from all damages, loss, or injury which may be sustained by the undersigned in consequence of being allowed to participate in the 2020 National Coho Salmon Festival.
